1447 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 1447 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms may be updated from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 1447 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are requested not to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 1447 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms.
The 1447 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. Users who are underage are not permitted to use this platform under any circumstances.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 1447 platform. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach that may result in the immediate termination of your account. 1447 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for compliance purposes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 1447 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact our customer support immediately.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a user of the 1447 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable rules and to refrain from any activity that may compromise the integrity of the platform, other users, or third parties.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1447 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other form of automation to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform's security systems.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or misconduct while using the platform's services.
- Using the platform for any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law.
- Posting or distributing offensive, threatening, or inappropriate content through any of the platform's communication channels.
Violations of any of the above rules may result in disciplinary action, including temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account, as well as potential legal action where warranted.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 1447 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other local Malaysian banks listed on the platform.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified by your chosen payment method. 1447 is not responsible for any delays caused by technical failures on the part of third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawals are subject to the platform's withdrawal policy in effect at the time, including minimum and maximum limits and processing timeframes. Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding certain thresholds is processed. 1447 reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes.
Any attempt to process payments using card details or bank account information that is invalid or does not belong to you is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
5. Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The 1447 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. 1447 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical defects at all times. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 1447 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software code, and other materials on the 1447 platform are the exclusive property of 1447 or its licensors. You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from 1447.
Third-Party Links
The 1447 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 1447 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Access to third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
1447 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, suspected fraud, or upon request from the relevant authorities. Where an account is closed due to fraud or a serious breach of terms, any remaining balance in the account may be forfeited at 1447's sole discretion.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed subject to the settlement of all outstanding transactions.
Changes to These Terms
1447 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of the latest version in effect.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 1447 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Malaysia.
